About the Project

“Smart Skills for Smart Career” is an Erasmus+ youth exchange taking place in Mavrovo, North Macedonia. The project dates are from 11th May 2026 to 18th May 2026.

The program focuses on increasing digital literacy and promoting a strategic usage of technology for career development and personal empowerment. This international exchange brings together young people to gain practical experience in AI-powered job searching, online CV creation, and digital self-promotion. Participants will use non-formal educational methods to foster collaboration, entrepreneurial thinking, and professional networking within European employment ecosystems.

Participants Profile ‍

We’re looking for young people who are:

• Interested in digital literacy and increasing their employability through technology.

• 18 to 25 years old (Group leaders must be 18+).

• Willing to bring their own digital device for activities if possible.

• Motivated to participate in an intercultural night by bringing traditional snacks.

• Residents of the partner countries: North Macedonia, Romania, Türkiye, Slovakia, Estonia, or France.

This event will bring together 30 participants in total. Each sending organization will select four participants and one group leader. The learning process will be led by professional facilitators.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation and food. It will reimburse travel costs for the participants based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator ( up to 395€).
