Abantu Kultuur MTÜ is a youth-led non-profit organisation based in Tallinn, Estonia.
We organise:
Public cultural events in Tallinn neighbourhoods that celebrate minority cultures and bring communities together
Creative workshops and community programmes that support young people through culture and storytelling
International youth exchanges and training courses, including Erasmus+ projects
Our work connects local communities in Tallinn and builds international partnerships that support learning, creativity, and inclusion.
Local cultural events in Tallinn
Open to all ages and backgrounds. Our public events are free, family-friendly, and welcoming to everyone.
Erasmus+ international projects
Designed mainly for young people aged 18–30 (some projects accept 16+). Participants are selected based on motivation and programme criteria.
Volunteer opportunities
Open to anyone interested in supporting cultural programming and youth work.

Our public cultural events are free and open to all. Most events do not require registration.

Erasmus+ projects
Accommodation, meals, and programme activities are covered by Erasmus+ funding.
In some cases, a small participation fee (20–50€) may apply for international projects. This helps support coordination and sustain our local youth and cultural work in Tallinn.
Yes. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance band rules.
Participants must:
Keep all tickets, boarding passes, and invoices
Submit documents after the project
Receive reimbursement in EUR

The Info Pack is shared after final selection.
Once selected, participants receive full project details, schedules, and practical information by email.
Room arrangements are managed by the hosting organisation.
While preferences can be noted, we cannot guarantee specific room or roommate requests.
You can both apply, but applications are evaluated individually.
Selection depends on motivation, group balance, and inclusion priorities. Acceptance of one person does not guarantee acceptance of another.
