Call for Participants

About the Project

Level Up Participation” is an Erasmus+ training course taking place in Šibenik, Croatia. The arrival date is 22nd March 2026 until 30th March 2026 (departure date).

The programme focuses on games and gamification in youth work, offering practical tools and methods to make youth activities more engaging, participatory, and effective.

This international training brings together youth workers and active young participants to learn through interactive workshops, group activities, and creative sessions. Participants will exchange experiences, develop new skills, and build networks in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Participants Profile ‍

We’re looking for young people who are:

1. Interested in increasing young people's motivation through gamification.

2. 18+ Years old.

3. Motivated to prepare a presentation about their organization and a gamification example they know.

4. Willing to participate in an intercultural night (bringing national food, drinks, and flag).

5. Can communicate in basic English

Participants from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The project is open to all genders.

This event will bring together 28 participants from different European Countries. The event will be held in English. We have 4 vacancies for the training.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 309 euros.

There will be a participation fee of 40 Euro. per participant.
