Call for Participants

About the Project

“Behind the Screens” is an Erasmus+ training course taking place in Ceuta, Spain. The project dates are from 31st March 2026 to 7th April 2026.

The programme focuses on empowering youth workers with critical skills in media literacy, AI-driven fact-checking, and cybersecurity. This international training brings together youth workers to learn practical tools to combat misinformation, evaluate AI-generated content, and foster a safer, more responsible digital environment for young people. Participants will exchange experiences and develop strategies for protecting personal and organizational data.

Participants Profile ‍

We’re looking for Youth Workers who are:

• Interested in media literacy, digital safety, and combating misinformation.

• 18+ Years old.

• Willing to bring a laptop for the activities (at least one per group).

• Motivated to participate in an intercultural night (bringing traditional food and beverages).

• Can communicate in English (a minimum level is required).

Participants must be committed to attending all sessions and dissemination activities.

This event will bring together 24 participants from partner countries. The event will be held in English. Each sending organization will select two youth workers.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation and food. It will reimburse travel costs for the participants based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator ( up to 309€).
