Second Transnational Mobility – SHOOT Project
Tallinn, Estonia | 15–19 September 2025
The second transnational mobility of the Erasmus+ project SHOOT – Students Have Optimal Opportunities Together (Project No. 2023-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000164931) took place from 15 to 19 September 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.
The activity was hosted by Mittetulundusühing Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) in collaboration with Aruküla Põhikool, bringing together students, teachers, trainers, and project coordinators from partner countries, including Greece, Italy, Spain, and Estonia.
This mobility marked an important step in the project, allowing participants to explore and test activities developed within the SHOOT framework. Through workshops, creative challenges, and cultural experiences, participants focused on group dynamics, collaborative learning, and the development of digital and social skills.
Objectives of the Mobility
The main objective of the mobility was to explore and strengthen collaborative learning through practical activities and intercultural exchange. More specifically, the mobility aimed to:
strengthen cooperation between partner schools and organisations
develop creative and digital competences among students
support teamwork and group dynamics
provide professional development opportunities for teachers
promote intercultural dialogue and European citizenship
Educational Activities
During the programme, participants engaged in a variety of interactive and collaborative activities designed for both students and teachers.
Students participated in hands-on workshops focused on photography and visual storytelling, learning basic techniques such as composition, perspective, and capturing meaningful moments. These activities allowed students to express their creativity while working in international teams.
Teachers and coordinators took part in parallel sessions focused on collaborative methodologies, group dynamics, and the integration of creative practices into educational contexts.
Mixed group activities encouraged cooperation, communication, and problem-solving, allowing participants to learn from each other and apply new skills in practice.
Creative Photography Activities in Tallinn
Creativity and experiential learning played a central role in the mobility.
Students explored the city of Tallinn, capturing its architecture, urban environment, and daily life through photography. Working in international groups, they documented their experiences and collaborated on creating visual stories.
At the end of the mobility, each group presented their own story through photographs, combining creativity, teamwork, and digital skills.
Participants
The mobility involved:
students from partner schools participating in the SHOOT project
teachers engaged in testing innovative teaching approaches
trainers delivering workshops and educational sessions
project coordinators responsible for monitoring progress and planning future activities
The interaction between these groups created a dynamic learning environment, fostering collaboration, creativity, and intercultural exchange.
Results and Impact
The Estonian mobility produced several important outcomes:
development of photography and visual storytelling skills among students
improvement of teamwork and group collaboration competences
exchange of innovative teaching methodologies among educators
strengthening of international cooperation between partner organisations
creation of meaningful intercultural learning experiences
The photos, videos, and stories created during the activities will contribute to future project dissemination and educational materials.
